The Jockey Club has announced that Richard Fuller will join its board of stewards for 2025 - a role equivalent to that of non-executive director. Racing official Victor Escobar has been appointed New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) Steward, NYRA announced late Thursday afternoon.
