Just about two hours after her Grade I-winning daughter Lady Joanne (Orientate) sold for a seven-figure pricetag, Oatsee (Unbridled) followed suit, realizing a final bid of $1,550,000 from Lincoln Collins representing Leonard Riggio's My MeadowView LLC. Herself a stakes-placed runner, Oatsee, also the dam of MGSW Baghdaria (Royal Academy), was offered by Marty Takacs's Belvedere Farm, which acquired the mare for just $135,000 carrying a foal by Langfuhr at the 2006 Keeneland January sale. Oatsee is believed to be pregnant to A.P. Indy.
