A colt by Exceed and Excel (Aus) topped yesterday's second session of the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale at the Gold Coast. The weanling sold for A$360,000 to the bid of leading Singapore trainer Michael Clements, acting on behalf of New Zealand-based Noble Bloodstock. He is out of dual-winning Canadian mare Miss Behave (Bold Revenue) and was consigned by Scone-based Bellerive Stud, as agent. ﾓHe's one of the nicest horses in the sale,ﾔ Clements said. ﾓWe are delighted to be able to buy him.ﾔ The session topper may see the sale ring again soon, but Clements left open the option of racing the colt. ﾓWe'll just wait and work on the options–but we would be more than happy to race him,ﾔ he said. ﾓHe looks a real racehorse.ﾔ
