Danehill Dancer Filly Leads Way at Guineas Breeze-Up

A filly by Danehill Dancer (Ire) from the extended female family of the solid sire Celtic Swing (GB) was knocked down to bloodstock agent Jamie McCalmont for 170,000gns to lead the way at Friday's Tattersalls Guineas Breeze-Up Sale at Newmarket. Consigned to the sale by the Ireland-based Mocklershill agency, the April foal, purchased by the BBA Ireland for 58,000 euros as a GOFMIL yearling last fall, is out of a half-sister to MG1SW and champion Moon Madness (GB) (Vitiges {Fr}) and G1SW Sheriffs' Star (GB).
