A colt by Custom for Carlos (hip 7) topped the Louisiana Thoroughbred Breeders Association's 2021 Yearling and Mixed Sale Saturday in Opelousas, Louisiana on a winning bid of $47,000 from Ricky Lagrange. Bred by Larry Romero, the bay is out of speedy 10-time winner Labadeel (Forest Wildcat). He was consigned by Clear Creek Stud, which was responsible for the auction's top seven lots.
