Tale of Verve (Tale of Ekati–Verve, by Unbridled), second in the 2015 GI Preakness S., has been retired from racing and will begin his stud career next season at owner/breeder Charles Fipke's C.F. Farms near Paris, Kentucky. On the board in six of 20 starts, the 6-year-old retires with two wins and earnings of $500,245. He will stand for $2,000, live foal.
