Record Turnover For Tattersalls Online Sale

Jet Powered | Tattersalls

Thursday's Tattersalls Online NH & P2P December Sale saw six lots sell for 940,000gns, a record turnover for a Tattersalls Online Sale. Leading the way at 350,000gns was the debut point-to-point winner Jet Powered (Ire) (Jet Away {GB}) (lot 5), who was bought by Anthony Bromley of Highflyer for 350,000gns.

“He's been bought for an established client of Nicky Henderson's,” Bromley said. “The time of his Borris House win was excellent and he's a fine stamp of a horse. We thought the female side of the pedigree was good and we really like the sire Jet Away.”

Three additional lots sold for 250,000gns or more, including Halka Du Talbert (Fr) (Balko {Fr}) (lot 1), who won at the same Borris House meeting as Jet Powered and was bought by Rathmore Stud for 260,000gns.
