GUSTAV KLIMT (IRE) (Galileo {Ire}) is one of two Aidan O'Brien-trained colts to make their debut in the race used to introduce Churchill (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) 12 months ago and is the pick of Ryan Moore. A half-brother to the G1 Gran Criterium winner Nayarra (Ire) (Cape Cross {Ire}) and a full to three of his stable's former black-type performers including Mars (Ire) from the family of Invincible Spirit (Ire), the March-foaled bay is joined by Somerset Maugham (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}), a son of the MGSW and MG1SP Fire Lily (Ire) (Dansili {GB}).

His Highness The Aga Khan's ELDENA (FR) (Elusive City) is a half-sister to the 2015 G1 Poule d'Essai des Pouliches, G1 Coronation S. and G1 Prix du Moulin victress Ervedya (Fr) (Siyouni {Fr}), and opens up for Jean-Claude Rouget in this debutantes' heat. Her seven rivals include Flaxman Stables Ireland's Moons of Jupiter (War Front">War Front), a daughter of the 2012 GI Jenny Wiley S. heroine Daisy Devine (Kafwain), who represents the Andre Fabre stable.
