MOST WANTED (c, 3, Candy Ride {Arg}–Beach Walk, by Distorted Humor), a half-brother to young WinStar stallion Life Is Good (Into Mischief), Hwt. Older Horse-UAE at 9 1/2-11f, MGISW, $4,541,700, wasn't much of a secret here and was sent off as the 4-5 favorite for this unveiling. Not off to the cleanest of beginnings from his outside draw, Most Wanted broke inward and bumped into a rival at the start. He raced in fifth through fractions of :22.58 and :45.56 and began to make his move on the far turn. He loomed boldly while four wide approaching the quarter pole, but had to earn it from there. The pacesetting Mobster (Uncle Mo), making his sixth career start, dug down gamely in the stretch, but Most Wanted just kept on coming to get there by a well-earned neck. Commuted (Gun Runner) finished smartly from far back to finish third on debut for Kenny McPeek. A $435,000 KEESEP yearling purchase by Gary and Mary West and a maiden of five career starts, the Aaron and Marie Jones-bred Beach Walk is also responsible for the 2-year-old colt Lifes Reward (Into Mischief), a yearling filly by Into Mischief and a filly of this year by Into Mischief. Lifetime Record: 1-1-0-0, $69,000. Click for the Equibase.com chart or VIDEO, sponsored by FanDuel TV.
