SITTIN ON GO (c, 2, Brody's Cause–Set'n On Ready {SP}, by More Than Ready) stormed to the lead with an eye-catching move in deep stretch to graduate on debut and become the third winner for his freshman sire (by Giant's Causeway). The chestnut, half of the 8-5 entry, settled well off the pace as Lock Up (Maclean's Music) looked to take them wire-to-wire. Sittin on Go made rapid progress on the turn along the rail, tipped out for running room at midstretch and closed furiously to win by 4 1/4 lengths. Lock Up was second. Wynnstay Farm purchased stakes-placed Set'n On Ready, in foal to The Factor, for $75,000 at the 2015 Keeneland November sale. She produced a filly by Mor Spirit in 2020 and was bred back to Flameaway. Sittin on Go, who RNA'd for $65,000 as a KEENOV weanling and for $62,000 as a KEESEP yearling, races for the same owner and trainer team which campaigned his sire Brody's Cause to victories in the 2016 GI Toyota Blue Grass S. and 2015 GI Claiborne Breeders' Futurity.
