The British Horseracing Authority is introducing a number of reforms to improve the administration of racehorse ownership and on Aug. 30, owners will be able to access the new Racing Admin system (www2.racingadmin.com), the BHA announced Wednesday. There will also be a streamlining of ownership registration structures, the rationalisation of owners' fees and alignment of re-registration changes. Owners will be able to manage their ownerships online using the Racing Admin system, as well have access to various new and enhanced features, including the programme book free of charge. As of next Wednesday, the previously announced Syndicate Code of Conduct will come into effect, and a full explanation of all the changes can be found in the Owners' Resource section of the BHA website.
