The 19th annual Halloween Tack Sale and Trail Ride at Central Kentucky Riding for Hope (CKRH), located on the grounds of the Kentucky Horse Park, will take place Saturday, Oct. 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The CKRH barn will be full of gently-used tack, riding gear, clothing and more donated by local supporters to be sold with proceeds going to CKRH. Donations for the Tack Sale will be accepted until Wednesday, Oct. 25.
There is a $45 entry fee, and riders are required to show a current coggins and health certificate for their horses.
CKRH provides approximately 3,000 therapeutic riding and horsemanship sessions annually, made possible in large part from funds raised at events like these.
