Racing Welfare Ambassador

Neil Phillips, also known as "The Wine Tipster", has been appointed a Racing Welfare Ambassador. Phillips joins a roster that includes Darren 'Birdie' Bird, Paul Nicholls, Jack Lander and Hayley Moore. The respected pundit and the tipster/sommelier for Jockey Club Racecourses, also presents at Goodwood, Ascot and York Racecourses.
