Abigail Klima has joined the New York Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association to oversee Membership Services, acting as the primary liaison for all current and prospective trainers and owners competing on the New York Racing Association (NYRA) circuit. Racing Compact Begins Work On Web-Based Licensing

The National Racing Compact Board has provided authorization to move forward with the creation of a new online licensing portal. In partnership with a local web development company, the National Racing Compact will begin the process of creating a new web platform during the 2021 calendar year with hopes of a possible fourth quarter launch. CHRB Re-Opens Los Al Licensing Office for Renewals

The California Horse Racing Board will re-open its Los Alamitos Race Course Licensing Office solely for renewal applications. Protective measures have been taken to assist with mitigating the risk of COVID-19 for CHRB staff and the public. Similar plans are in the process at Golden Gate Fields, Santa Anita Park, and CHRB Headquarters in Sacramento.
