TERF Awards Grant to MidAtlantic Horse Rescue

The Thoroughbred Education and Research Foundation has awarded a $2,000 grant to the MidAtlantic Horse Rescue. MAHR's mission is to rescue Thoroughbreds from feed lots and kill pens and transition horses directly off the racetrack. TERF Awards More Than $14K to New Bolton Center

The Thoroughbred Education and Research Fund (TERF) has announced that it has awarded $14,285 to New Bolton Center for the University of Pennsylvania Opportunity Scholarship. The scholarship was established in 1998 by Dr. Charles W. Raker, V'42 and provides veterinary students with financial assisance and mentorships.
