TERF Awards More Than $14K to New Bolton Center

The Thoroughbred Education and Research Fund (TERF) has announced that it has awarded $14,285 to New Bolton Center for the University of Pennsylvania Opportunity Scholarship.

The scholarship was established in 1998 by Dr. Charles W. Raker, V'42 and provides veterinary students with financial assisance and mentorships. Some 270 scholarships have been given out since the inception of the program.

According to a release, TERF's grants reflect the values set forth by founders Herb and Ellen Moelis in 2013.
