Jockey Mauro Cedillo remains in intensive care on a ventilator in Cleveland's Metro Health Medical Center after a spill in the first race at Thistledown Monday, according to his agent, Luis Quinones. Cedillo was thrown from his mount, Spectacular Road, when the horse stumbled entering the turn. The 24-year-old native of Guatemala was trampled by one or more trailing horses.
