A maiden winner at first asking, Klaravich Stables' Standard Deviation (Curlin">Curlin) was a sneaky good third to Knicks Go (Paynter) in the GI Breeders' Futurity. Capote Belle's daughter Gata Bella (Storm Cat) is the dam of MGSW & GI Breeders' Cup Mile runner-up Catapult (Kitten's Joy) and SW Ha Ha Tonka (Distorted Humor). Box of Chocolates (Candy Ride {Arg}) cost just $17K as a KEESEP yearling, but the full-brother to GISW Leofric is the 5-2 morning-line favorite off a series of strong works for Steve Asmussen.
