Record Year For At The Races

At The Races enjoyed a record year in 2015, including increased revenues of 15% and increased media rights payments to racecourse partners of 30%. Figures unveiled by the company Wednesday also showed a record 8.1 million different viewers last year, averaging over 2 million every month. Sport Mediastream, ATR's wholly owned streaming platform, delivered over 80 million streams, and Attheraces.com attracted an average of 2.3 million unique visitors per month.

Matthew Imi, Chief Executive of At The Races, said, “At The Races remains very much a growth business and I'm particularly pleased that our returns back to our racecourse partners were so impressive last year. We anticipate that this will continue in 2016 as we extend our presence across key markets and platforms and diversify into other revenue generative sectors. We look to the future with a considerable degree of confidence and will be reporting on some significant new initiatives as the year progresses.”
