Last-out GII Penn Mile winner Frostmourne (Speightstown) looks to navigate an extra furlong in Saturday's GIII Kent S. at Delaware. The Green Lantern Stables homebred was two-for-three as a juvenile, including a victory in Belmont's Awad S., but settled for second at odds-on in Aqueduct's Apr. 22 Woodhaven S. in his first attempt at 8 1/2 panels. His tally in the lucrative Penn Mile came June 3. Master Plan (Twirling Candy), an $850,000 OBSMAR acquisition, took the OBS Championship division for males around two turns in January, and was a close third behind Thunder Snow (Ire) (Helmet {Aus}) in Meydan's G2 UAE Derby Mar. 25. Far back in the GII Peter Pan S. over a sloppy Belmont main track May 13, he bounced back in the local Stanton S. on the grass June 10. Adonis Creed (Brilliant Speed) was second and Zinger (The Factor) was fourth. Lunaire (Malibu Moon) boasts some upside potential. He ran on for fourth last time behind a pair of next-out winners, including Manila S. victor Bricks and Mortar (Giant's Causeway), in a one-mile Belmont optional claimer June 9. The Woodslane Farm homebred is a half-brother to fellow Tom Albertrani trainee Sadler's Joy (Kitten's Joy), a winner of the 12-furlong GII Pan America S. in April.
