Philippa Cooper's Normandie Stud is officially for sale, with Windsor Clive International acting as selling agents. Cooper has raised Group 1 winners like Sultanina (GB) (New Approach {Ire}), Duncan (GB) (Dalakhani {Ire}) and Fallen For You (GB) (Dansili {GB}) on the 200-acre West Sussex property. Also reared there was Cooper's 2016 Tattersalls October co-topper, the 2.6-million gns Dubawi (Ire) colt out of Fallen For You.
Normandie Stud includes four houses, 72 boxes and 180 acres with sheltered paddocks, and 20 additional acres nearby. The sale will not include Cooper's bloodstock, which will be boarded out at other farms. The price guide on Normandie Stud is £6-million.
