No Shuttle For Showcasing

Showcasing | Whitsbury Manor Stud

Showcasing (GB) will not longer shuttle to Haunui Farm in New Zealand. Whitsbury Manor Stud, which stands Showcasing in the Northern Hemisphere, has purchased the 50% share in the horse previously owned by New Zealand-based shareholders.

“Since his instant first-crop success in 2014 he has become the bedrock of our business, so it makes sense to re-invest in his future and look after him as best as possible,” Whitsbury Manor's Ed Harper told the TDN. “He is still only 11 years old and has an impressive book of mares this season. We thank Haunui Farm for their involvement.”

Showcasing, whose progeny in the Northern Hemisphere are headed by champion sprinter Quiet Reflection (GB) and graded/group winners like Prize Exhibit (GB) and Tasleet (GB), has left 10 stakes winners thus far in Australia and New Zealand, six of those group winners, headed by the G2 Wakefield S. winner Showboy (NZ).
