Auspicious, a $300,000 KEESEP yearling, was let go at 5-1 in her debut, but will be much shorter odds next time out. Rated off the early fractions, she closed from between horses to take the lead in the stretch before drawing off to break her maiden by 6 1/2 lengths. Sally J (Concorde's Tune) was second best. Lifetime Record: 1-1-0-0, $28,772.
