Bring Forth drew the one hole for the opening race on opening day Apr. 7 and missed the break, but recovered nicely to finish third. Stronger for the experience and with an interim three-furlong bullet over the Polytrack in :36 Apr. 21, the $32,000 KEESEP yearling was made the 5-2 second choice. A much better dispatch saw the bay on the lead while scraping the paint and he powered away impressively in the stretch to win by a widening 6 3/4 lengths. Paljo (Abajo), fourth in that same Apr. 7 maiden, completed the exacta. Lifetime Record: 2-1-0-1, $36,225.
