Cinderella’s Dream became the third winner for her freshman sire (by Sultry Song) with this comprehensive victory. The bay filly turned heads at this year’s OBSAPR sale, breezing a quarter mile in :21 2/5, and was knocked down for a final bid of $190,000. In her lone previous trip to the races, she finished second, beaten three-parts of a length, in the Saratoga mud Aug. 28. The 9-5 second choice contested the pace along the inside, put away favored Oprah Winney (Royal Academy) at the quarter pole and cruised home to win by 11 lengths. Widely Acclaimed (Aptitude) was up for second. Lifetime Record: 2-1-1-0, $33,600.
