Ready and Alluring was beaten 5 1/2 lengths going six furlongs at Gulfstream Mar. 21, was sent off the 3-5 choice for her route debut. Up to challenge early leader Baccarat Babe (El Prado {Ire}) through a half mile in :46.09, the half to Apalachian Chief (Bold Executive), GSW, $218,667, forged past that foe 2 1/2 furlongs out and galloped off in the stretch to win by an eye-catching 16 1/2-length margin.
