Dual Group 1-winning sprinter Marsha (Ire) (Acclamation {GB}-Marlinka {GB}, by Marju {Ire}) will be offered at the Tattersalls December Mare Sale, which takes place in Newmarket on Dec. 4 to 7.

Racing as a homebred for Elite Racing Club and trained by Sir Mark Prescott, Marsha won twice at two and won a pair of listed races during the summer at three before adding the G1 Prix de l'Abbaye. She won this year's G3 Palace House S. on seasonal debut before hitting the board in the G1 King's Stand S., G2 Sapphire S. and G2 King George S. She turned the tables on King's Stand winner Lady Aurelia (Scat Daddy) when winning the G1 Nunthorpe S. on Aug. 25, and will renew rivalry with that filly in the G1 Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint at Del Mar, having most recently finished second to the outstanding Battaash (Ire) (Dark Angel {Ire}) in this year's renewal of the Nunthorpe on Oct. 1.

“Marsha has been an absolute star for us and we are delighted to be sending her to the December Mares Sale as we are confident that Tattersalls is the best platform from which to showcase our star filly,” said Elite Racing's Dan Downie.
