Dual Group 1-winning sprinter Marsha (GB) (Acclamation {GB}) set a record for a European Thoroughbred at auction after MV Magnier prevailed over John Gosden after a sustained battle at 6-million gns. Lot 1848, consigned by her trainer Sir Mark Prescott on behalf of Elite Racing Club, won this season's G1 Nunthorpe S. and last year's G1 Prix de l'Abbaye.
