Invincible Spirit Breeding Right To Be Auctioned

Invincible Spirit | Irish National Stud

A breeding right to leading sire Invincible Spirit (Ire) will be auctioned on Arqana Online Mar. 23 to 24. The breeding right entitles the owner to one breeding per calendar year to Invincible Spirit for the remainder of his covering career, with no carry forward or free return terms if the mare does not produce a live foal. The owner is not entitled to a dividend should they opt to not use the right in a particular season.

Invincible Spirit, a Group 1-winning sprinter himself, is the sire of 15 Group 1 winners, including three in 2016, and 175 stakes winners, a figure already equal to that of his sire Green Desert. He stands for €120,000 at the Irish National Stud, and his yearlings averaged in excess of €250,000 last year.

Registration for the online auction is open now, and bidding will begin at 3 p.m. on Mar. 23 and end 24 hours later.
