Shuffled back to race fourth after breaking in the front rank, she loomed large off the home turn to challenge with 300 metres remaining and was pushed out in the closing stages to comfortably register a career high. She becomes the first British-trained winner of this contest since Songerie (GB) (Hernando {Fr}) prevailed for Sir Mark Prescott in 2004.
