Cream of the Crop

Order of St George | Racing Post

Firmly a popular horse in Britain and his native Ireland, Order of St George (Ire) (Galileo {Ire}) is at Navan on Sunday to begin his annual pilgrimage towards Royal Ascot in the G3 Vintage Crop S. Faced with only the Listed Fred Archer S. winner Lord Yeats (GB) (Yeats {Ire}) and Godolphin's Clongowes (Ire) (New Approach {Ire}) who is as yet untried in this company, the dual G1 Irish St Leger and 2016 G1 Gold Cup hero should have a strightforward task if he is straight enough fitness-wise.

“He's in good form. He's just ready to start back and we're happy with him,” Aidan O'Brien said. “We're hoping he runs a nice race.”
