Catch a Glimpse (City Zip-Halo River, by Irish River), Canada's Horse of the Year, champion 2-year-old filly and champion grass mare of 2015 and a dual Grade I winner south of the border, will be offered by Meg Levy's Bluewater Sales as a racing/broodmare prospect at this year's Fasig-Tipton November Breeding Stock Sale in Lexington Nov. 6.

Owned by Gary Barber, Mike Ambler and Windways Farm (Jeff & Annabel Begg), Catch a Glimpse has been trained throughout her career by Mark Casse and won the first eight turf starts of her career, including the 2015 GI Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies' Turf and the GI Belmont Oaks Invitational S. That streak also included a victory over males in the 2016 GIII Penn Mile S. To date, Catch a Glimpse has posted a record of 15-8-2-0 for earnings of $1,850,627. She has won from distances of seven furlongs up to a mile and a quarter.

“Catch a Glimpse is one of the finest fillies I have been privileged to train,” said Casse. “Her versatility at all distances is evidence of her tremendous heart and desire to excel.”

Added Fasig-Tipton President and CEO Boyd Browning, Jr.: “Catch a Glimpse is a remarkable filly and a true collector's item. It is rare that a filly of her accomplishments is offered at public auction, and we are excited to showcase her at our November Sale in Lexington on November 6.”

A half-sister to top Canadian stallion Old Forester (Forestry), Catch a Glimpse also hails from the female family of European champion Forest Flower. Two of Catch a Glimpse's half-sisters are stakes producers.

“We are grateful for the opportunity to offer such a special filly at the Fasig-Tipton November Sale,” said Levy. “Her credentials are impeccable–a Breeders' Cup Champion, a three-time Canadian Champion, and a millionaire with an international pedigree.”
