Arqana Autumn Begins Monday

There is European sales action also at Arqana on Monday as the three day Autumn Sale commences with day one devoted to horses in training. There are drafts on offer from many leading French trainers including Jean-Claude Rouget, Criquette Head-Maarek, John Hammond, David Smaga, Nicolas Clement, Francis-Henri Graffard, Fabrice Chappet, etc, while day two of the sale focuses on yearlings bred for national hunt racing. On Wednesday the attention is returned to the flat with a day of yearling trade that features stock by leading lights such as Le Havre (Ire), Lawman (Fr), Rajsaman (Fr), Kendargent (Fr), Siyouni (Fr) and Wootton Bassett (GB). The sale takes place in the Deauville sales complex and begins at 10.30 a.m. on Monday, 1 p.m. on Tuesday and 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
