Harness Trainer Christopher Oakes Pleads Guilty

Disgraced harness trainer Christopher Oakes, who had close ties to Jorge Navarro, changed his plea to guilty Tuesday when appearing before federal judge Mary Kay Vyskocil via teleconference. Judge Grants Alleged Dopers Additional Month to Examine Evidence
