Last year’s G3 Prestige S. winner Malabar (GB) (Raven’s Pass), an also-ran in both the English and Irish 1000 Guineas’, will step up to 10 furlongs for the G1 Prix de Diane at Chantilly June 14, according to trainer Mick Channon. Officials at Tattersalls have announced the launch of a new £25,000 Bonus Scheme which will reward the owners of Tattersalls October Book 1-purchased yearlings if those horses win Class 2, 3 or 4 maidens in England or an ‘open’ maiden in Ireland. Lael Stable’s Divining Rod (Tapit) registered a solid work last weekend in preparation for Saturday’s GIII Coolmore Lexington S.
