Graded stakes winner Far From Over (Blame--Alchemist, by A. P. Indy) died Sunday after suffering a seizure Saturday night. The 9-year-old had been standing at Dr. William Gray's Gray Farms near Cottonwood, California. A $550,000 purchase at the 2013 Keeneland September sale, Far From Over captured the 2015 GIII Withers S. in his second lifetime outing. Racing for the partnership of Black Rock Thoroughbreds, Madaket Stables and James Covello and trainer Todd Pletcher, he won three of six starts and earned $255,600.
