Dina Alborano Fined, Sanctioned by State of New Jersey

Dina Alborano, who ran the "I Care I Help" Thoroughbred rescue, has reached an agreement with the State of New Jersey that calls for her to pay a $5,000 fine and to permanently cease raising money.
