Following the ruling of the High Court in favour of Freddy Tylicki, the British Horseracing Authority has released its response on Thursday. Tylicki sustained catastrophic injuries in a fall at Kempton Park in October 2016. Former jockey Freddy Tylicki has won his High Court case against Graham Gibbons over the 2016 fall at Kempton that left him partially paralysed.
