NYTB To Honor Vivien Malloy With Lifetime Achievement Award

The New York Thoroughbred Breeders, Inc. (NYTB) will honor breeder and owner Vivien Malloy with a Lifetime Achievement Award for excellence, the organization said in a release Wednesday. Browns Named Farm Managers at Edition Farm

Teri and Buster Brown have been named the new farm managers at Vivien Malloy's Edition Farm in Rye, New York. The Browns previously managed Sequel Stud and Waldorf Farm in New York. Teri Brown has been working with horses since her 4-H days in junior high school. She spent 12 years working with physically disabled children and adults, teaching them horseback riding and horse care. La Verdad (Yes It's True), the 2015 Champion Female Sprinter, has been euthanized due to complications from colic, according to a statement issued by her owner, Sheila Rosenblum.
