Study of Man Gets First Mares In Foal

Seven of the first eight mares covered by French Classic winner and first-season sire Study of Man (Ire) (Deep Impact {Jpn}) are in foal, Lanwades Stud announced on Monday. The bay, a homebred for the Niarchos family's Flaxman Stables, stands for £15,000 in 2020. The stud is supporting the young stallion and already has the following Lanwades mares in foal to the G1 Prix du Jockey Club hero: German Group 1 winner Lady Jane Digby (GB) (Oasis Dream {GB}), Almiranta (GB) (Galileo {Ire}) and her three daughters, French Group 3 winner Alea Iacta (GB) (Invincible Spirit {Ire}), Alyssa (GB) (Sir Percy {GB}), a winner at Group 2 level in England, and Listed Height of Fashion S. heroine Aloe Vera (GB) (Invincible Spirit {Ire}).
