Roisin Henry's Ruby Moon (No Nay Never) sent off the 4-1 joint-second favourite, shadowed the early leader Silesia (Zoustar) in second. Getting the better of that rival passing the furlong pole, the homebred stayed on strongly to score by 1 1/4 lengths.
The dam, who also has a yearling colt by St Mark's Basilica, is a half to the same connections' smart Midnight Mile (No Nay Never) who took the Oh So Sharp and was fourth in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf.
She is a granddaughter of Jude (Darshaan), dam of the Irish 1,000 Guineas heroine Yesterday and the Moyglare Stud Stakes winner Quarter Moon by Sadler's Wells. The latter was in turn responsible for the Pretty Polly heroine Diamondsandrubies (Fastnet Rock), while the family also features the Hardwicke and King Edward VII Stakes winner Thomas Chippendale (Dansili) and Dubawi's Pennine Ridge Stakes-winning Sire Demarchelier.
