Plus 10 Yearling Registration Due June 30

The Plus 10 Yearling Registration, a fee of £200 for breeders and pinhookers of yearlings who wish for their horses to remain in Plus 10, is due June 30. Plus 10 is a £6-million owner and breeder incentive scheme which pays £10,000/€12,500 bonuses on top of prizemoney across more than 600 2 and 3-year-old races in Britain and Ireland each year. Plus 10 has paid out more than £8.3 million in additional prizemoney since the first bonus was made available in 2015. For breeders who pay both the yearling and earlier foal registration fees, this guarantees a £2,000 bonus payment should their horse win a race featuring a Plus 10 bonus. Pinhookers who pay just the yearling registration will win £1,000 should their horse win a race featuring a Plus 10 bonus. Breeders are advised that any horse paid up to the yearling registration stage will be flagged as Plus 10 on individual pedigree pages within sales catalogues.
