PDJF/TFH Fundraiser at Parx Saturday

An jockey poster signing will take place in the paddock area at Parx Racing from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm Saturday to benefit the Permanently Disabled Jockeys Fund (PDJF) and Turning For Home (TFH), which is Parx' on-site retirement program created and managed by the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association.

For a $10.00 minimum donation, race fans will receive a poster of top 3-year-old colts Exaggerator (Curlin) and Nyquist (Uncle Mo), who will be competing in the GII Pennsylvania Derby, as well as unbeaten champion Songbird (Medaglia d'Oro) and GI Kentucky Oaks winner Cathryn Sophia (Street Boss), who will clash in the GI Cotillion S. Among those expected to be on hand for the autograph session are Hall of Fame riders Mike Smith and Kent Desormeaux; three-time Eclipse Award winner Javier Castellano; and two-time Kentucky Derby winner Mario Gutierrez.
