Japan's G1 Dubai Duty Free victor Just A Way (Jpn), who will look to provide the nation with its first G1 Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe trophy Oct. 5, remains atop the Longines World's Best Racehorse Rankings for the sixth straight month with a rating of 130. The 5-year-old is being hotly pursued, however, by Europe's star sophomores Australia (GB) (Galileo {Ire})–who put up his best performance yet when winning the G1 Juddmonte International Aug. 20–and J “TDN Rising Star” J Kingman (GB) (Invincible Spirit {Ire}), who are tied in second with G1 Champions Mile winner Variety Club (SAf) (Var) with a mark of 126. The brilliant G1 Deutsches Derby winner and J “TDN Rising Star” J Sea the Moon (Ger) (Sea the Stars {Ire}) sits fifth with a mark of 125, while California Chrome (Lucky Pulpit), Game of Dude (Awesome Again), Gold Ship (Jpn) (Stay Gold {Jpn}), Taghrooda (GB) (Sea the Stars {Ire}) and The Fugue (GB)ain (Dansili {GB}) round out the top six with a rating of 124.
