Richard Kelvin-Hughes, owner of Trull House Stud has decided to disperse of his national hunt stock with 25 horses coming under the hammer from Trull House at the Goffs UK January Sale Jan. 23-24. The dispersal is made up of nine mares, many of which are in foal to leading sires, as well as five foals, five yearlings and six 2-year-olds. Kelvin-Hughes has enjoyed great success with many Nicky Henderson trained horses such as Chomba Womba (Ire) (Fourstars Allstar) and Vaniteux (Fr) (Voix Du Nord {Fr}) and he commented, “We have made the decision to disperse our National Hunt breeding operation through the sale of all fillies and mares. We enjoyed immediate success with our homebreds and we believe the best is yet to come. The timing is now right for a dispersal, we see the Goffs UK January Sale at Doncaster as the ideal place to hold it and we hope that others will have the same success that we have started.”

He continued, “We will continue to race the colts and geldings that we have in training as well as on the ground and we look forward, with mixed emotions, to purchasing future winners from these bloodlines at the sales as part of our ongoing support to National Hunt breeding and racing.”

Goffs UK have set up a dedicated page on its website to showcase the dispersal which can be accessed here.
