Flighty Lady (Ire) (Sir Percy {GB}), who ran third in the G1 Qatar Prix Marcel Boussac-Criterium des Pouliches last out on Oct. 6, has been purchased by Peter Brant's White Birch Farm, Jour de Galop reported on Sunday. The daughter of Airfield (GB) (Dansili {GB}) previously raced in the colours of Paul Hancock for trainer Gavin Hernon. A winner from four starts, the G3 Prix d'Aumale third and 21,000gns TATOCT yearling will join the yard of Jean-Claude Rouget. Bred by Tally-Ho Stud in Ireland, the juvenile miss is one of two winners from two to race for her dam, who is a full-sister to MGSW Aviate (GB) and GSW & G1SP Early March (GB). Brant, whose string with Rouget numbers around 20, also has G1 Prix du Jockey Club hero Sottsass (Fr) (Siyouni {Fr}) with the veteran trainer.

“Flighty Lady left my stable two weeks ago,” Hernon told Jour de Galop. “She performed beautifully as a 2-year-old. She is a filly that will be much better over 2000 metres as a 3-year-old and I hope she will win the [G1 Prix de] Diane for her new connections.”
