The second session of the under-tack show for the Fasig-Tipton Midlantic May 2-Year-Olds in Training Sale, which had been scheduled to begin Wednesday morning at 8 a.m., has been postponed after a night of rain in the Timonium area. The under-tack show will resume Thursday morning at 8 a.m. and will continue with a third session Friday.
“Based upon the recommendation of our track superintendent this morning, we have decided to push back our remaining under tack show sessions by one day to Thursday and Friday,” said Midlantic Director of Sales Paget Bennett. “This will ensure that we have the best conditions possible for horses to breeze over.”
The Midlantic May sale will be held next Monday and Tuesday.
