Three-time Grade I winner Exaggerator (Curlin–Dawn Raid, by Vindication) will shuttle to Haras Dona Icha in Chile in 2018, WinStar announced Thursday. The deal was brokered by Juan P. Sullivan and Cristian Benavente of Sullivan Bloodstock.

Exaggerator proved to be popular in his first season at WinStar, covering 162 mares in 2017 for a fee of $30,000. The 4-year-old retired at the end of his 2016 sophomore campaign with a record of 15-6-3-1 and earnings of $3,581,120.

Winner of the GII Saratoga Special S. and GIII Delta Downs Jackpot as a juvenile, the bay captured the GI Santa Anita Derby, GI Preakness S. and GI Haskell Invitational S. last term, in addition to finishing second to Nyquist (Uncle Mo) in the GI Kentucky Derby.
