Dr. Scott Stanley, who oversaw the modernization of racehorse drug testing in California at the Kenneth L. Maddy Equine Analytical Laboratory at the University of California Davis, will be leaving his post early next year after accepting a position at the University of Kentucky's Maxwell H. Gluck Equine Research Center. Dr. Ben Moeller will oversee operations at the Maddy Lab until a permanent replacement is found.
