Kia-Ora Stud and A R Bell's Deep Field (Aus) (Northern Meteor {Aus}–Listen Here {Aus}, by Elusive Quality) has been retired to Newgate Farm in New South Wales, Australia. Trained by Michael, Wayne and John Hawkes, the bay won his first five starts including the G2 Tab.Com.Au S. at Flemington in November of 2014 and later ran third in the G1 Lightning S. this February. He earned $286,802 with a record of 8-5-1-1. Deep Field is a full-brother to G1SW Shooting to Win (Aus). “A horse with amazing presence and a powerful sprinters physique, Deep Field was an electric sprinter that won his first five starts in succession by a combined total of 24 lengths,” said Newgate Farm principal Henry Field.
